Service Scope
Secondary clausePedal Point 62 provides general bicycle servicing and repairs, including safety inspections, tune-ups, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. Any service scope is confirmed after bicycle intake and mechanical inspection, and additional work requires approval before it is carried out.

Operational clause
Quotes and Payment
Service charges are based on the inspected condition of the bicycle. Labour may be quoted as a fixed package after inspection, and replacement parts are quoted separately. No final price is promised before inspection, and parts are ordered only after compatibility and price are confirmed. Accepted payment methods may include card, bank transfer, and cash on collection.

Operational clause
Inspection and Turnaround
Any estimated turnaround is only an estimate and may change depending on inspection findings, parts availability, and workshop workload. Same-day completion is not guaranteed. If a bicycle is left for service, the customer remains responsible for collecting it and for confirming the agreed scope before work begins.

Pedal Point 62 does not promise that servicing will make a bicycle completely safe, failure-proof, or suitable for every road condition, and it is not responsible for pre-existing defects, normal wear, or issues caused by misuse or later handling.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Azerbaijan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute should first be raised with Pedal Point 62 for review and informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
