Every service starts with a mechanical inspection so we can see the condition of the bicycle and identify what needs attention. That lets us separate urgent repairs from optional maintenance and explain the work before anything begins.
Common services include brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, puncture and tyre repair, and a standard tune-up. Replacement parts are quoted separately, and we confirm compatibility before ordering anything.

Turnaround depends on the bicycle and the work required, with typical jobs completed within two to four business days after inspection. If additional work comes up, we always ask for approval before continuing.
